- Check in and check out at 12 noon.
- Early check in and late check out is subject to room availability.
- Booking cancellation done less than 24 hours is not refundable.
- Confirmed booking will be held for 3 hours from the scheduled arrival time unless intimated about the delay.
- Walk- ins to make full payment in advance at the time of check in.
- BTC facility is given against official email from an authorized company personnel only.
- Guests are responsible for their cash and valuables. Please use the electronic locker provided in each room.
- Guests are required to carry proper photo ID at the time of check in.
- Right of admission is reserved by the hotel management.
- Gambling or any such illegal or inappropriate activity is strictly prohibited in the hotel premises.
- Payments are accepted only by cash, card, and electronic transfers. Personal cheques are not acceptable.
- Any damage or loss to hotel’s property will be chargable.
- The rates finalized for any banquets function at the time of booking will be final.
- Any further discounts after the function is not negotiable.
- Full payment to be made on the day of function itself. No credits will be extended.
